Sr Analyst, Statistical Inference and Data Science (IKC)

DaVita Integrated Kidney Care is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Commercial Integrated Care Analytics team. This role focuses on designing and executing statistical analyses and data science models to measure the causal impact of care models on patient outcomes. You will develop inferential frameworks, build predictive models, and communicate findings to drive program decisions and improve value-based contract performance.

• Design and execute observational studies using quasi-experimental methods
• Build and interpret regression models for treatment effects
• Apply Bayesian or frequentist inference frameworks
• Build, validate, and monitor predictive models for healthcare outcomes
• Incorporate large language models and AI-assisted tooling into analytic workflows
• Communicate complex statistical findings to clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders
