Business Intelligence Engineer

Courier Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to own their BI layer, driving how internal teams and clients understand data. This role involves building and maintaining Sigma dashboards, developing dbt models, and partnering with stakeholders to translate data into actionable decisions. You will shape the semantic layer and improve pipeline reliability within the data engineering team.

• Own BI layer: design, build, and maintain Sigma dashboards
• Build dbt models and SQL transformations for reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and translate data needs
• Define and maintain consistent metrics and a shared semantic layer
• Improve pipeline reliability and investigate data issues
• 3-5 years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, or data engineering
