Sr Data Scientist

Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions as a Senior Data Scientist at 3M. You will architect and develop generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning models, driving innovation and creating strategic business value. This role requires strong technical expertise, mentorship capabilities, and the ability to bridge cutting-edge AI with enterprise applications.

• Architect, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions including generative AI and agentic systems
• Lead the full AI/ML lifecycle from opportunity identification to deployment and performance management
• Drive adoption of LLMs and generative AI frameworks for complex business problems
• Develop and optimize AI/ML pipelines on AWS and Azure platforms
• Champion responsible AI/ML principles and MLOps best practices
• Provide technical mentorship and influence AI technology stack recommendations
