Data Analyst

Empower is seeking a Data Analyst to provide reporting, analysis, and systems support to drive sales effectiveness and business insights. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to enhance systems, maintain data integrity, analyze performance, and build models for sales and operations data. The position is nationwide remote and requires authorization to work in the U.S.

• Provide standard and custom reporting, qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Partner with management and cross-functional stakeholders
• Execute day-to-day requests and manage data governance
• Create and modify reporting and dashboards for the sales team
• Build and manage models to analyze sales and operations data
• Conduct analyses including cohort, funnel, and segmentation
