Senior Director, Data Analysis (BI Shared Analyst Team)

As a Senior Director of Data Analysis, you will lead strategies and policies to ensure data is consistent, trustworthy, and used effectively across the organization. You will oversee a team of data professionals, collaborate with business partners, and drive the adoption of data governance best practices to unlock the power of our data and enhance business value.

• Oversee data governance practices, policies, and standards
• Ensure data availability, usability, integrity, security, and privacy
• Collaborate with business partners to define data quality requirements
• Provide vision for metadata, data catalog, and data lineage capabilities
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of data issues
• Coach and develop a team of data management professionals
