Business Intelligence Developer

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a motivated entry-level Business Intelligence Developer to create data processes, data assets, and reporting solutions. This role involves building and maintaining code for data transformation and reporting, developing an understanding of data sources, and communicating effectively with colleagues. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to 3 days per week remote after initial in-person training.

• Create reports, data extracts, and analyses
• Build, maintain, and document code for data transformation
• Learn and apply business intelligence tools and techniques
• Develop understanding of data sources and flows
• Communicate effectively with colleagues
• Experience with SQL, Python, and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
