Business Intelligence & Analytics Developer

Caribou Coffee is seeking a BI Analytics Engineer to translate data into a strategic asset by ensuring reliable and accessible information for data-driven decision-making. This role partners with various departments to define metrics, establish reporting standards, and develop scalable data models. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, automate reports, and champion data literacy across the organization.

• Partner with technical teams to define data structure and modeling
• Transform and organize warehouse data into business-facing models
• Define, document, and standardize enterprise metrics and KPI calculations
• Build, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Develop and automate recurring reports and ad hoc analyses
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to define KPIs and reporting requirements
