Data Scientist II

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Data Scientist II to join their analytics team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on developing and scaling enterprise forecasting platforms, leveraging machine learning and AI to drive commercial and strategic decisions. You will work autonomously to translate business problems into robust forecasting solutions, collaborating with Finance, Commercial, and other stakeholders.

• Ideate, architect, and prototype high-impact analytical and ML/AI solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced forecasting models
• Partner with stakeholders to frame hypotheses and define KPIs
• Apply advanced ML, statistical methods, and LLM-based techniques
• Work with engineering teams on data pipelines and deployment
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote innovation
