About this role
Fractal is seeking a Principal AI Architect to design and deploy production GenAI/LLM systems. This role requires deep expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and Python, with a strong foundation in backend engineering and data science concepts. The position is US-based, preferably in the PST or MST timezone, and involves working with Fortune 500 clients to build scalable AI solutions.
What we are looking for
6- 8+ years experience, 4+ in production GenAI/LLM systems
- Expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
- Design and deploy RAG pipelines and multi-agent architectures
- Strong Python proficiency and backend engineering fundamentals
- Fluency in data science, ML, and BI concepts
- US-based with PST or MST timezone preferred (Sunnyvale/Bay Area)
