Sr. Analyst, People Analytics

Levi Strauss & Co. is building its People Analytics function and seeks a Senior Analyst with data science expertise. You will design and execute analyses using Python or R, build Power BI dashboards, and partner on AI-assisted tools to answer complex employee and organizational questions. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Extract, validate, and manage workforce data from Workday
