Data Scientist II, Client Analysis

Socure is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Client Analysis team. This role involves leveraging data science expertise to analyze customer data, develop algorithms, and communicate insights to drive revenue. You will partner with go-to-market teams to demonstrate product value and identify upsell opportunities.

• Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and explain model performance
• Act as a Data Science advocate, educating clients on Socure's solutions
• Create data stories to showcase fraud prevention and risk management benefits
• Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify upsell opportunities
• Build ML models to explore new approaches and optimize existing ones
• Develop tools and automated workflows for analysis
