What we are looking for

Develop BI projects including data modeling, metrics, and visualization
Execute advanced analytics projects (predictive, clustering, decision trees)
Resolve data architecture problems and propose solutions
Manage projects and adhere to data department guidelines
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python/Spark, Pandas/Polars, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric
Strong analytical skills and experience as a Data Analyst
