Associate Director of AI and Data

Lead the AI and Data Science strategy for a bioscience and IT company focused on biomedical research and healthcare. You will architect AI/ML solutions for federal health agencies, oversee the evolution of the Polus platform, and guide teams in applying advanced techniques to drug discovery and data analysis.

• Architect and execute AI/ML strategy aligned with NIH Data Science Plan
• Spearhead evolution of Polus platform into a multi-modal research ecosystem
• Establish AI Governance frameworks and operationalize NIST AI Risk Management Framework
• Direct design and implementation of petabyte-scale data pipelines
• Oversee development of predictive models for drug discovery and clinical trial design
• Optimize MLOps and DevSecOps processes for rapid, secure model deployment
