Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will be embedded within an Upstream operating region to develop and deploy data science and AI solutions that address high-value business challenges. You will partner directly with business customers to identify opportunities, build rapid proofs-of-concept on live data, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role offers the chance to own solutions end-to-end, from problem discovery to adoption, leveraging AI tooling and central support to accelerate impact.

• Partner with business customers to identify and frame high-value data science and AI opportunities
• Build rapid, scalable proofs-of-concept on live data with end-to-end ownership
• Apply data science, machine learning, and AI techniques to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Utilize AI tooling to accelerate development and delivery
• Coach business users on AI and data tooling for sustained adoption
• Champion good governance practices for secure and well-documented solutions
