GEICO is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to partner with product, engineering, and design leaders. You will leverage data, experimentation, and causal inference to drive product decisions, define key metrics, and conduct deep-dive analyses. This role involves mentoring junior team members and establishing best practices for data science within the organization.

• Partner with product, engineering, and design leaders to frame business questions
• Define and analyze key metrics and metric frameworks for product areas
• Design and analyze A/B and quasi-experiments using causal inference methods
• Build decision models for opportunity sizing, forecasting, and ROI
• Lead root-cause investigations into user behavior and funnel performance
• Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices
