Team Leader, Analytics

Lead a team of data analysts to measure and optimize banking and consumer engagement operations. You will own the analytics strategy, including experimentation, reporting, and driving a data-driven culture. This role involves partnering with various departments to solve complex business challenges and leverage AI tools for improved insights.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data analysts
• Own experimentation strategy for banking and consumer engagement operations
• Drive measurement and optimization of automation engines
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and business review processes
• Design and support scalable analytical solutions in Snowflake
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams
