Calix is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build advanced decision intelligence capabilities, including forecasting, simulation, and causal inference. You will translate complex business systems into production-grade models and tools to quantify uncertainty, evaluate strategies, and improve leadership decision-making, with a focus on supporting customer success objectives.

- Design and develop production-grade time-series forecasting models
- Build simulation and scenario-modeling frameworks
- Apply causal inference, experimentation, and uplift modeling
- Develop Bayesian and probabilistic models for uncertainty quantification
- Manage end-to-end model lifecycle from problem framing to deployment
- Translate complex business problems into actionable analytical solutions
