Lead Data Scientist

Snorkel AI is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join their Data & Analytics Platform team. This role focuses on Generative AI Analytics and high-leverage data science problems, involving building and maintaining infrastructure, developing fraud detection and quality models, optimizing marketplace algorithms, and improving forecasting accuracy. You will be a senior individual contributor, advising leadership and partnering with engineering and product teams.

• Own Generative AI Analytics including semantic layer and LLM tooling
• Build and deploy fraud detection and contributor quality models
• Architect search, ranking, and recommendation models for marketplace optimization
• Develop predictive models to improve forecast accuracy
• Identify and build the case for high-value data science opportunities
• Advise leadership on data architecture and applied data science
