Principal Analyst, Business Systems

Lead complex business systems analysis initiatives within T-Mobile's Finance organization. This senior individual contributor role requires strong analytical judgment and systems thinking to drive scalable, business-aligned solutions impacting enterprise systems and financial operations. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, acting as a subject matter expert.

• Lead end-to-end analysis for complex business and system initiatives
• Assess system impacts, identify gaps, and develop recommendations
• Oversee systems and processes impacting financial operations and compensation
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and root causes
• Partner with Finance, IT, Product, Reporting, and Operations teams
• Provide informal mentorship and guidance to other analysts
