Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

As a Senior BI Analyst, you will leverage your data visualization expertise to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights for clinical and operations leaders. You will be responsible for creating compelling visualizations, mentoring team members, and ensuring data accuracy and governance across the organization. This role is crucial in empowering leadership to understand operational performance and drive meaningful change.

• Design and develop interactive self-service data tools using Tableau or Power BI
• Combine existing and new data to create data sources for analytic needs
• Partner with business units to understand needs and automate data delivery
• Actively participate in enterprise Data Governance, documentation, and standards
• Manage BI platform upgrades, updates, and data source maintenance
• Develop and maintain security access for BI assets and sensitive data
