Data Scientist Intern

SageSure is seeking a Data Scientist Intern to join our Homeowners Product Research team. You will build statistical learning models, research external data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems in the insurance industry. This internship offers hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and career-enhancing technical skills.

• Build statistical learning models to solve business problems
• Research and explore external data for potential usage
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Actuarial, and Data Management
• Translate and champion model results to diverse audiences
• Assist in developing data pipelines for modeling projects
• Proficiency in SQL and R or Python
