Banking & Deposits Data Analyst

Happen Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to improve deposit growth and customer relationships by analyzing customer behavior and transactional data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights for digital banking products and contribute to data-driven decisions.

• Analyze customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and deposit growth
• Identify friction points and opportunities in the digital deposit experience
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for deposit performance
• Support analytical projects from data exploration to actionable recommendations
• Analyze A/B test results for product and marketing initiatives
• Contribute to customer segmentation and personalization strategies
