Membership Manager

GSMA is seeking a skilled Membership Manager to support the retention of Rapporteur, Industry, and Academic members. This role involves acting as a key point of contact, onboarding new members, and managing administrative tasks within internal and external systems. You will collaborate closely with various teams to maximize member engagement and ensure a positive experience with the organization.

• Manage global portfolio of GSMA members
• Support retention of tier 5 & 6 Rapporteur, Industry, and Academic members
• Onboard new members and manage inquiries
• Handle administrative actions in internal and external systems
• Collaborate with Membership Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT teams
• Build and maintain positive global relationships
