As a Sr. Business Analyst, Data Technology & Operations, you will provide critical analytical support and strategic insights to leadership. You will partner with teams to enhance visibility into priorities, workload, and capacity, synthesizing information to drive data-informed decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain views of workload, capacity, and resource allocation
• Consolidate information from multiple teams into actionable insights
• Analyze competing priorities and organizational impacts for leadership
• Develop executive-ready analyses, presentations, and dashboards
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand needs and impacts
• Identify trends, opportunities, and constraints for DT&O performance
