Data Scientist

Verse is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to join their Data Science Team, focusing on the energy intelligence platform for the AI economy. You will own research projects from formulation to production integration, developing models for energy assets and price prediction. Your work will directly influence customer decisions on energy procurement and hedging.

• Own research projects end-to-end from problem formulation to production integration
• Develop models for renewable generation, storage dispatch, and energy price prediction
• Integrate research outputs into Verse’s cloud-based production environment
• Write clean, well-documented Python code and leverage AI coding tools
• Build foundational knowledge of electricity markets and renewable energy trends
• Master's degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's with 2+ years of energy sector experience
