About this role
Lead the AI-based workflows for Pfizer's Innovation, Data & Analytics team, defining analytical methodology and evaluation rigor. You will direct model selection, cohort segmentation, and agent decision logic in collaboration with Engineering and Governance. This role requires extensive experience in healthcare data, LLMs, and leading cross-functional projects.
What we are looking for

- Direct analytical logic and decisioning behind agentic workflows
- Partner with AI/ML Engineer to translate methodology into production-grade agents
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior data scientists and engineers
- Hands-on experience evaluating and experimenting with LLMs and agentic systems
