• Lead end-to-end data science delivery for key initiatives
• Shape data science roadmap and set modeling standards
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of data scientists
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making
• Experience with time series forecasting, econometric modeling, and agentic AI tools
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, Databricks, and Azure
