Senior Principal Scientist, Data Science RWE

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Principal Scientist to lead Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects within their Innovative Medicine division. This role involves scientific and technical leadership, developing best practices, and mentoring team members. You will be responsible for identifying common technical requirements, building tools to accelerate RWE data science delivery, and providing thought leadership in applying RWD methodologies to mitigate biases and generate insights for regulatory interactions.

• Lead a portfolio of RWE projects and mentor team members
• Develop and maintain common tools for RWE data scientists
• Provide thought leadership in RWD methodologies and bias mitigation
• Generate actionable insights from RWD for regulatory interactions
• Create study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and programming deliverables
• Partner with Data Science Therapeutic Area scientists to deliver RWE
