About this role

Valar Atomics is seeking a Business Intelligence Systems Manager to build and manage data systems supporting commercial project growth. This hands-on leadership role involves translating business needs into scalable data systems, automations, workflows, and reporting tools for project teams, site leaders, and executives.

What we are looking for

Build and manage commercial data platform (schedule, cost, risk, document control, operations)
Design data collection, structure, storage, connection, and reporting
Create scalable systems for multiple commercial sites
Build executive dashboards for project status, cost, risk, schedule, and document control
Develop self-serve reporting tools for teams
Lead integrations between business systems and data sources
