Data & Assessment Analyst

The Data & Assessment Analyst supports the Division of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs through comprehensive data analysis, assessment, and reporting. This role involves analyzing trends, measuring outcomes, and understanding student needs to inform strategic decisions. You will develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings and partner with departments to enhance programs and services.

• Conduct data analysis and assessment for Enrollment Management & Student Affairs
• Analyze student engagement, experience, retention, and success measures
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Support program reviews, surveys, and divisional reporting
• Partner with departments to interpret data and improve services
• Collaborate with university offices on data initiatives
