Research Analyst

As a Research Analyst at JLL, you will build and elevate a best-in-class research program to drive competitive advantage through market expertise and analysis. You will be responsible for the Silicon Valley and Mid-Peninsula commercial real estate market, analyzing trends, enhancing our data visualization capabilities, and collaborating with internal teams and clients.

• Collect and audit commercial real estate property and transaction data
• Analyze and present commercial real estate market trends
• Enhance research platform and data visualization output
• Collaborate with local market leadership and sales teams
• Present research findings to internal teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and up to one year of experience
