About this role

As a Human Performance Data Scientist, you will analyze and optimize DoD physical fitness programs and the Total Force Fitness strategy. You will leverage your analytical and technical expertise to assess readiness standards, produce trend analyses, and support policy development for national security missions. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex problems and directly impact military readiness.

What we are looking for

3+ years of experience with DoD organizations
Experience with Marine Corps structure, Total Force Fitness, and readiness policy
Conduct statistical and longitudinal analyses on complex datasets
Design and evaluate performance measures using KPIs, MOPs, and MOEs
Build and sustain data systems using Power BI, SQL, and Python or R
Translate analytical results into actionable guidance and policy-relevant insights
