About this role

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Leadership Assessment Team, you will design and deliver data and analytics solutions that drive critical talent decisions across Walmart. You will manage the full solution lifecycle, from data foundation to production deployment, and integrate AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance products and workflows.

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical datasets
Develop dashboards, analytics products, and self-service tools using SQL and Python
