Senior Research Engineer, Olmo + Molmo

The Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence is seeking a Senior Research Engineer to join their team in Seattle. This role focuses on training and optimizing large-scale open AI models, including LLMs and multimodal models. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of research projects, from system design to experiment release, and contribute to the open-source community.

• Train and optimize flagship open AI models (Olmo, Molmo)
• Design, train, and evaluate multimodal models
• Build and optimize infrastructure for LLM research
