Labor Systems Data Analytics & Integration Intern, Spring 2027

This full-time, six-month internship in Orlando, FL, offers a unique opportunity to work with the Labor Systems team at Disney Experiences. You will support existing labor systems, applications, and reporting solutions, contributing to projects that enhance the Cast Member experience. This role involves tasks ranging from database design to front-end development and dashboard visualization.

• Support sustainment of labor systems, applications, tools, databases, and reporting solutions
• Contribute to capital and local projects
• Engage in tasks such as database design, backend server management, front-end web development, and dashboard visualization
• Develop strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Gain exposure to data science and reporting fundamentals
