• Lead setup and execution of immunoassay and cell-based testing operations
• Optimize and refine assays for increased throughput and reproducibility
• Manage critical reagents, assay control materials, and consumables
• Perform cell culture, expansion, and cryopreservation
• Execute cytotoxicity and cytokine release assays
• Lead transfer of methods into operations and support scale-up
