What we are looking for
6- Prepare recurring dashboards and reporting packages for senior management and investors
- Analyze portfolio performance trends and translate findings into clear reporting
- Provide concise analysis and summaries to help leadership understand portfolio performance
- Lead monthly rent roll variance review process
- Manage leasing and portfolio databases, ensuring data quality
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle EPM Cloud for analysis and reporting
