Global Employee Data Analyst

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Global Employee Data Analyst to ensure the integrity of employee data in Workday and manage statutory compliance. This role involves processing employee transactions, maintaining foundational data, reconciling payroll, and preparing compliance documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with HCM systems, and knowledge of Indian statutory processes.

• Maintain and approve employee data in Workday
• Process new hire, job change, and absence transactions
• Complete weekly payroll reconciliation and audit reports
• Prepare employment verification and compliance documentation
• Manage employee queries related to PF, Pension, and NPS
• Coordinate with third-party compliance vendors
