Sr. Data Scientist

Workday is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Product & Technology Operations Analytics & Tools Team. This role focuses on analyzing product adoption data to evaluate the strategic value of features and AI agents, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive insights and optimize the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and simplifying complex technical concepts.

• Serve as P&T domain expert in product adoption analytics
• Partner with technical leaders to map data landscape
• Design enterprise-wide adoption analytics data connections
• Translate complex data models into compelling narratives and visualizations
• Provide guidance on data trends, governance, and use cases
• Leverage strong data ETL and data flow expertise
