Business Analytics Lead - Marketing Audience Activation

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead to join their Marketing organization in Pittsburgh. This role serves as a liaison between marketing, operations, and technology teams to translate complex audience targeting needs into scalable data solutions. You will provide strategic consultation on audience development and data requirements to ensure accurate and efficient execution of marketing campaigns.

• Partner with Growth Marketing and Ops Ex teams to understand audience targeting requirements
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for data teams
• Develop and support business technical designs for audience creation
• Coordinate intake, prioritization, and management of new data requests
• Act as a central point of coordination between marketing, operations, product, and technology
• Identify risks and proactively recommend solutions for campaign execution
