About this role
As a Senior Data & AI Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across Greystar's Central European portfolio. You will analyze property management performance, identify opportunities for NOI growth, and support strategic decision-making through robust data analysis and reporting. This role also involves acting as a subject matter expert for AI tools, driving their adoption and integration into our analytical processes.

- Develop and maintain KPIs and reports for stakeholders
- Analyze financial, market, and portfolio data to identify performance improvements
- Act as SME for AI tools, driving adoption and integration
- Support operational and asset management teams with data analysis
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Power BI
