Data Science & Analytics Manager

Lead the analytics strategy and execution for a major North American port terminal, transforming complex operational data into actionable insights. This role offers end-to-end ownership of analytics solutions, from identifying opportunities to deploying and scaling them within live terminal operations to improve safety, service, and efficiency.

• Define and execute data science and analytics strategy and roadmap
• Develop predictive, prescriptive, and optimization solutions for operational use cases
• Partner with leaders to identify business problems and deliver measurable outcomes
• Lead analytics products through the full lifecycle from concept to production
• Promote data quality, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
