Global Business Intelligence Senior Analyst

Arxada is seeking a Global Business Intelligence Senior Analyst in Barcelona to partner with business functions like Finance and Commercial. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining Power BI datasets, models, and dashboards to translate business questions into actionable insights and drive decision-making.

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic data models, reports, and dashboards
• Partner with business functions to gather, challenge, and refine reporting requirements
• Act as a BI business partner, translating business needs into analytical solutions
• Define, standardize, and monitor core business KPIs (sales, margin, corporate finance)
• Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Promote data literacy and adoption of self-service analytics
