Senior Data Scientist

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their AI in Engineering team. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI and data-driven solutions to enhance engineering productivity and accelerate workflows. You will work with a global team on generative AI, machine learning, and data access initiatives.

• Develop data science, machine learning, and generative AI solutions for engineering use cases
• Build and refine data pipelines and model-ready datasets
• Design, test, and deploy predictive and AI-enabled applications
• Support AI software development lifecycle and enterprise tool development
• Collaborate with global engineering, controls, and digital teams
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team standards
