About this role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst to design and develop system-level workforce intelligence. You will analyze workforce data to identify trends, provide insights to leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decision-making.

Translate workforce data into clear, executive-ready narratives
Partner with other business lines to align workforce insights with organizational metrics
Collaborate with Data Product Owner to inform system priorities and product evolution
