As a Senior Analyst, Data Solutions & Analytics, you will lead the development of workforce planning tools and statistical models. You will build user-friendly, scalable solutions, ensure data quality, and translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. • Develop and maintain user-friendly, scalable workforce planning tools
• Build standardized, repeatable data structures using Python and SQL
• Create accurate statistical algorithms and machine learning processes
