About this role

Leidos is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst/Methodologist to support an Intelligence Community customer by designing, implementing, and analyzing workforce surveys and other business analytics initiatives. You will provide data-driven insights to help senior leaders understand workforce trends, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. This role involves partnering with stakeholders, designing surveys, analyzing data, developing dashboards, and presenting recommendations.
