(USA) Principal, Data Scientist

Lead the design and development of Walmart Connect's next-generation ads incrementality measurement platform. You will own the methodology end-to-end, partner with engineering and product to implement solutions, and serve as the team's go-to authority on complex measurement problems. This role is for a hands-on scientist with deep expertise in causal inference and experimentation.

• Design and implement large-scale causal inference methodologies
• Establish evaluation frameworks and solution readiness standards
• Author technical design documents and present to senior leadership
• Define the science roadmap for incrementality and causal measurement
• Develop event-grain incrementality models for bidding optimization
• Mentor senior and mid-level data scientists
