• Deliver ML, Generative AI, and advanced analytics for contact centre operations
• Lead AI solution design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Track, evaluate, and report on AI project benefits and model performance
• Support contact centre data strategy and improve data quality
• Develop predictive, prescriptive, and GenAI-enabled solutions
• Collaborate with global, regional, and in-market teams on AI standards and practices
