JLL is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Global Benchmarking Services team in Mumbai. This role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights to optimize client portfolios and workplace experiences. You will develop sophisticated analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports, collaborating with internal teams and clients to support strategic decision-making in the commercial real estate sector.

• Analyze workplace trends, employee experience metrics, and space utilization
• Develop predictive models and performance benchmarks
• Generate advanced analytical reports using R and Python
• Design and build interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
• Extract, transform, and load data using SQL Server and Azure
• Apply advanced statistical methods and conduct benchmarking analysis
